The Healthy Life of a CILT

The CILTS had a guest speaker come today from the Interfaith Food Shuttle to help demonstrate how teens can live a healthy, yet appetizing life. Our guest prepared dishes such as the Spicy White Bean Dip which included ingredients such as: garlic, cannellini beans, cayenne pepper, and fresh parsley. The dip was served with carrots, wheat thins, and cucumbers; a healthy alternative to a common "dipper" like potato chips. Directions for how to make this delicious dip will be posted later today!
