Camp Out Family Night!

Hey Parents!

I'm sure many of you have heard about our Camp Out Family Night coming up this Friday. It shows, because spots are filling up fast! Everyone is pumped for the big night, but we still have a limited amount of spots left. So, you haven't singed up yet, please do so ASAP! You can RSVP by emailing Michael Warren at Michael.warren@ymcatriangle.org. We are so excited to share this new Rising Sun tradition with you tomorrow night. Keep in mind, even if you are not camping out, you are still welcomed to join us for the night's festivities! Dinner and activities will run until 9:15pm.

For those of you who haven't heard, the Camp Out Family Night will take place this Friday, July 22nd. The schedule for the event includes:

Friday

7:00-7:45 pm- Arrival and Camp/Tent Set Up (located in woods area)

7:45-8:30 pm- Hot Dog Dinner (Chips and Drinks will also be provided)

8:30-9:15- Movie on the lawn (Bring your camping chairs) or Flashlight tag in the woods

9:15-9:45- Smores and Stories by the Camp Fire

9:45-10:00pm- Bed time (Everyone must be in tents by 10:00 pm)

Saturday

7:00-7:15 am- Wake Up

7:15-7:30 am- Devotion

7:30- 7:45 am- Breakfast (Doughnuts, Granola Bars, Fruit and Juice)

7:45- 8:00 am- Camp Break Down and Dismissal

We do ask that you bring your own camping equipment if you have it, but if you don't have gear, we will be providing equipment for you. If you have extra tents that you would like to allow other families to use for the night, please let us know! Also keep in mind that this is a family event and campers are not allowed to attend without their parents. We ask that during the event, parents remain in charge of the supervision of their children.
