After a long week of rainy weather, we were FINALLY able to get some pool time in! The water was so refreshing and was just what we needed today. Check out these pictures from Camp One's swim time - they were nice enough to let me test out our new underwater camera!
All campers are given the chance to go swimming every single day of camp. For some, it's their absolute favorite part of the day! I know I had fun!
At swim time earlier this week, I was lucky enough to see a camper's determination pay off! As we all know, the pool can be a bit intimidating. But with encouragement from Ryan, Jared, and Derek, this camper was able to get over his fears and conquer the water on his own. It was so inspiring to see him have fun at the pool!
Just as a reminder, swim tests for yellow and black bands are held on Mondays. Please make sure to pack a bathing suit, towel, and sunscreen every day so that your camper can enjoy the pool!
