We started off the second week of summer with some intense hairography to Willow Smith's "Whip My Hair". Check out these ladies working it!
In honor of this week's theme, "A Knight's Tale", we were introduced to a few new medieval friends. However, it was soon obvious that there was a lot of drama within the royal family. The Prince, who must be married, has fallen in love with a beautiful Princess. However, the evil King does not approve, and has another Princess in mind to take the role as the Prince's future wife. In order to keep the lovers apart, he ordered his trusty Knight during our own assembly to forcefully escort the Princess to the castle's dungeon. I guess we will discover this week how much the Prince will fight for true love.
Don't forget to come to our Medieval Family Night, which will now take place at the Cary YMCA this Thursday, June 23rd, at 7:00 pm. This is a great chance for you to hang out with the counselors your kids spend time with each day! Last but not least, shout out to Camp 3 who once again earned the Spirit Stick thanks to their amazing enthusiasm and quiet spirit. The rest of camp better step it up!
